I have been very pleased. Tankfarm had great communications before the delivery of my new tank. The truck driver was careful not to chew up our lawn when he delivered the tank. And, the Tankfarm price is about $0.90/gallon less than I had been paying to another propane supplier.

I can't believe how much money Tankfarm is saving me! I was overpaying for years on tank rental fees and every other imaginable fee the other supplier could get away with. I had no idea until I talked to a Tankfarm representative and they confirmed there really are no fees I just pay for propane!! The technician was super friendly and thorough. Tankfarm even paid the fee that my old company charged me to pick up the tank as well as give me credit for whatever propane was left in it. I also love the free gauge that is on my tank and there is an app for it so I can just log into my phone and see how much is left in my tank and not have to go outside and look.
